No. Many people I work with do not meet full diagnostic criteria but still struggle with their relationship with food, weight, body image or exercise.

Appointments can take place in person at Beechwood House Clinic in Gloucester or online via secure video.

Everyone progresses at a different pace. We will review regularly and adjust your treatment as needed. Recovery is not linear, and there is no fixed timeline.

Most clients begin with weekly appointments to establish momentum. As progress continues, frequency can be reduced.

Yes, and where helpful, I may recommend involving your GP, a dietitian, or other specialists. You will always be included in these decisions.

Sessions are payable upon booking and non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact me at least 48 hours in advance. Missed or late-cancelled sessions are charged at the full rate.
